ASSEMBLY GUIDE

How do I assemble my jacket?

1. To begin, take the time to separate the left sleeve from the right! To help you, you will find labels with the letters G and D (Left/Right) inside the sleeves.

2. Identify the corresponding armholes! If the jacket is facing you, the left and right are reversed. This may seem logical, but in the heat of the moment or in a hurry, the mistake could be fatal! If you really want to make sure you don't make a mistake, put one or both sleeves on your arms and do the same with the jacket! You'll temporarily have a little deconstructed look, but the guarantee that they're on the right side.

3. Time to Clips! To properly position your sleeve, always start by clipping the same two snaps! The ones that join the start and end of the snap strip. They are located at the very bottom of the armhole on the jacket. On the sleeve, this corresponds to the lowest part, where the snap strip begins and ends. Look at the diagram, you'll see, it's easy! Once these two are clipped, you can continue all the way around. Take your time the first few times so you don't put on Monday with Tuesday.

4. For the collar, nothing could be simpler! Start at one end and continue to the other! If you want and you have an iron, you can pre-form your collar so that it is folded in the right direction. This is not mandatory, you can position it correctly using your hands once assembled to your jacket!

5. Congratulations! You are ready! Your only mission is to admire yourself and see how much more beautiful you make this bomber jacket you created.”

MAINTENANCE GUIDE

A well-maintained garment retains its quality, shape and colors for longer!

It is therefore by adopting appropriate maintenance practices that you can contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle while enhancing the value of investments made in quality parts.

Here are some simple rules to follow to preserve the shine of your Soleil Rose jacket.

〰️ The simplest rule is to space out the washing of your clothes as much as possible.
Velvet is a material that can tend to attract a little more dust than others. In this case, nothing is more effective than giving it a little brush or bristle roller regularly to keep its shine.

〰️ When you feel the need to wash your jacket for the first time, if you want to do it in the washing machine, it is essential to wash your jacket alone (without sleeves, without collar) and at 30°C maximum.

〰️ Velvet is a material that dyes and fades easily, so a little color may bleed at first. It is also advisable to wash it closed and inside out to limit the friction of the corduroy.

〰️ When drying, do not twist the jacket to wring it out. Instead, gently squeeze out excess water and lay it flat on a clean towel to dry. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight to prevent fading.

〰️ If you feel ironing is necessary, iron the jacket at a low temperature. For extra precaution, use a clean cloth or towel between the iron and the velvet to avoid flattening or marking it.
